We are looking for a business manager for commercial agreements to an authority in Stockholm.

This is a consulting assignment.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and cooperation.

The Assignment

The authority's mission is to prepare and implement decisions regarding the direction and scope for a long-term sustainable public transport system. They are also responsible for the management and monitoring of traffic operations as well as maintaining the functionality, safety, and value of the infrastructure. Every day, more than 700,000 people travel with public transport, including subway, buses, commuter trains, and local trains. The commercial agreements group is part of the Passenger Service section and is responsible for revenue management of SL's commercial lease and advertising agreements. The group consists of 12 employees.

The tasks include revenue management of SL's commercial lease agreements. The work involves ongoing contact with tenants, lease agreement issues, changes in terms, financial follow-up, and systematic work in the PM system.

Active leasing and establishment work is included, as well as collaboration within the authority, crossover with relevant functions and roles. The assignment includes participating in various projects with tenant impact and handling legal issues primarily within the Lease Act. The work must be documented systematically and according to established routines. The assignment also includes being involved in establishing a business plan.

Requirements (Note, mandatory)

Academic education in economics, law, engineering, or similar. At least 9 years of experience in the real estate industry in roles such as property manager, business manager, consultant, or similar. At least 2 assignments in revenue management of commercial premises in public transport, traffic, or infrastructure in a public passenger environment.

Desirable

At least 1 assignment in property development in the real estate industry. At least 1 assignment in revenue management of commercial premises within a public organization.

At least 1 assignment that has included the establishment and implementation of a business plan for commercial property holdings.
